A&D Design Studio is a young and dynamic Architecture and Interior Design Studio led and founded by Ar. Divyansh Bajaj & Er. Anshul Bajaj in August 2022 and provides end-to-end solutions from Design to Execution.

We sincerely believe that buildings are not just a space for us to reside and work in, but an extension of our lives altogether. Our homes and offices become a part of us and we are a part of it. Architecture is meant to speak to you and move you in ways nothing else can, and we tirelessly work towards designing spaces that speak to you, for you, and about you.

Er. Anshul Bajaj

Having graduated from one of the most prestigious institutes of the country, VNIT Nagpur, and with an experience of working on over 500 projects of various typologies like residential, industrial, hotels, showrooms, offices etc., each with its own specific challenges, I have developed a keen eye towards detail. I look after the technical aspects of designs and make sure they are structurally stable and efficient. With a deep understanding of not just structures but also the science that goes behind them, I believe that structures and architecture are two sides of the same coin. It is pivotal for the architect and the engineer to understand both sides to bring harmony in a space, and at A&D Design Studio, we do just that.

Ar. Divyansh Bajaj

Having completed my graduation in B.Arch in 2019 from DY Patil School of Architecture, Pune, and having worked in multiple firms such as Hiten Sethi Architects in Navi Mumbai, Design Office Architects in Mumbai, and Design Cell (Ar. Neeraj Vajpayee and Ar. Neelkanth Agrawal), I gained experience working on multiple projects in various cities. I decided to venture out by setting up my independent studio. With a keen interest in literature, poetry, music, and cinema, I seek inspiration out of the art and creativity involved in all these fields and let my designs be influenced by it. I aspire to serve clients by creating spaces that organically become a part of their lives, and I let myself be driven only and only by my love and passion for architecture and design.
