Located on an industrial site in Akoli, this office project involved the transformation of an existing residential structure into a fully functional white-collar office and laboratory. The old building was retrofitted and structurally strengthened to meet the demands of a modern industrial setup. The design balances functionality with a clean, contemporary aesthetic—ensuring the space supports administrative operations and technical workflows seamlessly.
